Forms on our site securely send the information you provide to Jotform. Jotform acts as our form‑processing service, helping us receive and manage form submissions safely.

After the form is processed by Jotform, the information is securely transferred to Zoho, which we use to store and respond to enquiries. Access to Zoho is restricted to authorised team members only.

Your Rights

You may request that your data be modified or removed upon request. 

To do so please email [email protected] with your request and allow up to 60 days for your request to be met.

Sharing your data

We will never intentionally share or sell your data. We may have to share your information if requested by the police or we believe someone to be in a harms way, but that's it.
